Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or with a production defect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a brief description and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders are moved into processing and production, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
